Whoa IT'S THE FOURTH!?

I thought yesterday was the 4th of July. Boy I felt really stupid after finding out it was the 3rd. I'm just staying home and watching Neighbors light off fireworks this 4th.

Summer school.. blahh.

Seems it's been a while since I've actually checked this thing. Don't expect many others to be checking it so it doesn't really get my hopes up to actually write anything. Anyways, seems a lot of stuff has been happening lately.

Things I did today
_____________

1. Wake up at 5:30 AM, realize I only got 5 hours of sleep then shrug it off because my sleep patterns are usually like this.
2. Take a shower at 5:37 AM exactly, because I was hitting my head on my door for 3 minutes straight wondering why it wouldn't open.
3. Get dressed, all ready, eat a big breakfast, and realize that my mom doesn't wake up for a good 40 minutes. I got prepared too early.
4. My mom drives me to summer school, the silence in the car is like the silence before a last meal. She tries to break the ice "No messing around!" I respond with the witty retort of "Can I get a few dollars?". I can tell I won the competition here.
5. We get to Summer School, turns out I'm early by 15 minutes. I spend the next 15 minutes wondering if wasps will someday be taken out by a radioactive flu that only affects them.
6. I sit in my usual seat, look at the test before me, and grimly wonder how much they're paying my SS teacher.
7. See an interesting guy named Jeremy walk in, his hands are usually covered in chalk because he likes to chalk draw on the school sidewalk. Probably the most interesting one in here because about 3/4ths of the class is your usual delinquents.
8. Have the test tell me I only mastered about 3 of the things I tested on, groan as I realize I only have 7 mastered subjects and the expected amount for tomorrow is 16.
9. Work as hard as I can only to get a few more objectives completed in the practices and only hope that I can reach 16 by tomorrow.
10. Watch Jeremy chalk draw on the sidewalk during break, realize I've only drawn with chalk about 5 times in my life. Then realize that it's actually pretty hard to recall some parts of my childhood at all.
11. Spend the last hour of the 1st period wanting to sit next to Jeremy because anything is better then sitting by myself at the front wondering if clouds talk to themselves when having a thunderstorm.
12. Start 2nd period, sitting by myself again but actually working up the nerve to sit at the back. 2nd break rolls around and I sit next to Jeremy so we can both help each other with the current practice.
13. I really want Jeremy's headphones. D:
14. 2nd period ends, everybody runs out of the room at the strike of 12:20. I sit outside and watch Jeremy draw for a bit before grabbing the chalk and trying make art, only to end up realizing I just drew a >:C face.
15. Chalk all over my hands and I'm sitting in my Step dad's car subtly rubbing it on the hand rest so I can get it off.
16. Get home, realize that I have nothing to do but surf the internet, play games, eat food, and chillax. That's perfectly fine with me.
17. I really want to go swimming, but the wind picked up and the water was really cold. (At least those are the excuses I used to stop myself from swimming.)
18. Mom gets home and suggests we walk to the far Subway, and I mean far. This Subway took us over an hour on foot to get to and by then my sister had nearly died of dehydration.
19. Turns out nobody in the immediate family wants to give us a ride home, so we wait until 6:30 at the nearest Albertsons for my Step dad to pick us up.
20. I get home, jump in my bed and take a nap.
21. Wake up from my nap wondering how to turn on my computer monitor and pushing ctrl+alt+delete a few times before realizing I have to push the power button.
22. Read the Steam forums, read some other stuff, read read read.
23. Play some Natural Selection, idle with the idle bot for TF2 all day.
24. Talk to Jeremy on Steam, realize that I'm writing this blog at 10:41 PM.

That's my whole day so far. :D

What's this all about then?

So.. Saving up for another computer, this one will be around 400-500$ and custom built by me. I've got around 100 dollars so far, and know what exactly I need for the computer parts and etc. I'm sure it'll be easy to put together and get everything set up since I've taken apart and put my old computer back together without much hassle. Currently L4D runs on all high settings with my 8600 GT, and TF2 still remains running in DX8 with an FPS script thanks to my shitty 1 core processor that runs around 2.93 Ghz. I wish Valve made TF2 a lot less processor based and more based on the Graphics card, but then a person with a shitty graphics card and good processors would be fucked over. It's like this endless cycle of one group of people always getting shafted.

Besides all that, Steam seems to be fucking up numerable times for me. "No connection to the VAC servers" and all that jazz. I have to turn off friends now just to play without disconnections, I've also tried every fucking method of making it work. Whatever is causing it is really random, it went away after a year before, then comes back when I put in a new adapter. Really really weird. Oh well. Buenos Nochas.
